Free Delivery within 30 miles of Dallas in the DFW Metroplex! If you're staying at a hotel, your scooter will be delivered ahead of your arrival and will be ready and waiting for you on arrival. If your scooter will be delivered to a residence, you can rest assured our delivery team will deliver your scooter with care and answer any of your questions.

Typically, we have a 2-day minimum. However, we may be able to accommodate you depending on your needs.
Yes, we will deliver the scooter to you and pick it up when you're done. If you're staying at a hotel, we will typically leave it with front desk for you. You can also leave it with them when you're done.
The batteries typically last a full day but it depends on how much you use it, the weight of the rider, if you're riding up hills or over rough terrain. All of our scooters are equipped with battery meters that can help you determine how much battery you have remaining.
You simply plug the charger into the battery and plug the other end into a standard outlet. It is recommended to charge the battery overnight every night of you
The "Traveler" scooter can be broken down and folded up to easily fit into the trunk of a medium/full size car. The "Standard" and "Heavy Duty" scooters can't be broken down quite as easily but can be transported in a slightly larger vehicle such as a van, truck, or SUV.
All "Traveler" model scooters are TSA compliant and can be transported on an airplane. Please inform your airline in advance that you are planning to travel with a mobility scooter to avoid any issues at the airport.
All of our "Traveler" model scooters are cruise ship approved and can fit through the cabin doors on all major cruise ships. Please alert your cruise line that you will be traveling with a mobility scooter to avoid any delays in port.
